Colonel Kevin R. Mantovani is commander of the 51st Mission Support Group, 51st Fighter Wing, Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. As commander, he provides leadership and direction for five diverse squadrons totaling more than 2,600 personnel, supporting the Air Force's most permanently forward-deployed wing, a Numbered Air Force and 20 tenant units. Colonel Mantovani provides guidance for maintaining more than 1,100 real property facilities, $1.9 billion real property replacement value, $71 million in operations and maintenance budget, and oversees an air base defense mission, including the largest security forces squadron in the Pacific.

Colonel Daniel P. Walls is commander of the 51st Operations Group, 51st Fighter Wing, Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. He commands more than 290 personnel and directs operations for A-10, F-16, and Operations Support Squadrons. The 51st Operations Group's mission is to provide survivable, reliable, precision airpower in both air-to-ground and air-to-air missions to support Joint and Combined Forces on the Korean peninsula.

Colonel Casey M. Campbell is the Commander, 51st Medical Group and the Command Surgeon, 7th Air Force, Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. As commander, he provides leadership and direction for 380 personnel in four squadrons in the Air Force's most forward-deployed permanent wing. The group's primary mission is to prevent disease, optimize performance and provide clinical care to over 14,000 warfighters, dependents, and DoD civilians on a daily basis, and transition to contingency medical care at a moment's notice. As the 7th Air Force Command Surgeon, Colonel Campbell serves as the air component surgeon to U.S. Forces Korea and is the primary medical adviser to the numbered Air Force commander.

As commander, he is responsible for ensuring the wing is ready to defend Osan Air Base, execute combat operations, and sustain follow-on forces. He is entrusted with the operational readiness, training, morale, and welfare, installation support, and quality of life of more than 5,500 personnel assigned to the 51 FW, Headquarters Seventh Air Force, and other U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy and Marine Corps units. Additionally, Colonel Betts serves as the United States Forces Korea Area Five Commander.
