U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Cassidy McCurdy, 51st Medical Group independent medical duty technician, at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Dec. 21, 2017. McCurdy has more than five years of experience through the USAF in the medical field including two years as an IDMT. While on a flight from San Francisco to Seattle, she responded to a victim who went into cardiac arrest by providing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and stabilizing the victim.
