Girl Scouts celebrate Arbor Day

Osan Girl Scouts honored Arbor day/Earth Day by planting 200 yellow pansies and 10 evergreen trees here April 21. Before the planting, each scout received a brief on the history behind Arbor/Earth Day and the importance of its celebration. The flowers and trees were planted near the elementary school's drop off zone. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Daylena Gonzalez)
