Words from the top

Col. Hansen

"The responsibilities we have to one another to STEP UP … and have the moral courage to
STEP IN at the appropriate
time and
stop someone from hurting themselves or somebody else; think how rewarding that would be."

What is Step Up, Step In?

Step Up, Step In.

Make a difference.

Step Up, Step In

Step Up, Step In is a mindset to do the right thing, even if it’s difficult or uncomfortable--it is YOUR duty as a wingman, leader and warrior.

Step Up, Step In is not a commander's program.  It is a wing initiative to take care of each other.

Step Up and take charge of the situation. Step In when no one else has.

YOU have the moral courage to do what it right. YOU may just help someone when they really need assistance. What would YOU want them to do if you were in that situation?
