Republic of Korea Black Eagles

Black Eagles is ROKAF's only aerobatic flight team. The Black Eagles possess a sense of duty and pride for representing ROKAF. With this in mind, we aim to create the best flying performances as a service to our country and to provide joy and hope to our people.

A-10 Thunderbolt II
(ACC A-10C Demo Team)
The A-10 Thunderbolt II has excellent maneuverability at low air speeds and altitude, and is an highly accurate weapons-delivery platform. The aircraft can loiter near battle areas for extended periods of time and operate under 1,000-foot ceilings (303.3 meters) with 1.5-mile (2.4 kilometers) visibility.

F-16 "Fighting Falcon"
(PACAF F-16 Demo Team)
The F-16 Fighting Falcon is a compact, multi-role fighter aircraft. It is highly maneuverable and has proven itself in air-to-air combat and air-to-surface attack. It provides a relatively low-cost, high-performance weapon system for the United States and allied nations.

U-2S/TU-2S

The U-2 provides high-altitude, all-weather surveillance and reconnaissance, day or night, in direct support of U.S. and allied forces. It delivers critical imagery and signals intelligence to decision makers throughout all phases of conflict, including peacetime indications and warnings, low-intensity conflict, and large-scale hostilities.

F-15K Slam Eagle

The F-15K Slam Eagle is the newest variant of the combat-proven F-15E. Equipped with the latest technological upgrades, it is more lethal, survivable, and maintainable than its predecessor. The Slam Eagle is primarily operated by the Republic of Korea Air Force.

KT-1 "Ungbi"

A Korean basic training aircraft for pilots. It was jointly developed by KAI and the ADD in a project that began in 1988. The plane was the first in its class to be designed entirely by a computer, and is South Korea's first indigenous aircraft developed using exclusive domestic technologies

T-50 "Golden Eagle"

The T-50 delivers a total advanced training system that will bridge the gap between basic flight training and high-performance fighters. It is the trainer aircraft that will introduce a new generation of pilots to the power of modern, advanced fighters.
