Traveling from Osan

Per U.S. Pacific Command Operational Instruction 0536.2, all military and Department of Defense civilians traveling into or within the USPACOM area of operations and worldwide must be entered in the TT/IATP system. Exceptions: Not required for travel within the Republic of Korea or to the continental U.S. or any U.S. territories or possessions.

Please complete the following steps to ensure compliance with the Instruction:
1. Contact your unit anti-terrorism representative or the 51st Fighter Wing AT Office and review the Individual Antiterrorism Travel Plan Trifold. Please call DSN 784-3475 for assistance with this process.

2.  Complete all required briefings and training.

3. If you are SCI indoctrinated, please contact the Special Security Office at DSN 784-6074 for additional requirements.

4. Ensure you have proper leave paperwork/orders before departure.

5. Additionally it is recommend that all travelers enroll in the  Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) which is a free service to allow U.S. citizens and nationals traveling abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. When you enroll, you will receive important information from the Embassy about safety conditions in your destination country, helping you make informed decisions about your travel plans.
