African American Heritage Council
The purpose of the African American Heritage Council is to acknowledge, respect and celebrate every Airmen’s differences and commonalities. The group has worked passionately for the betterment and equality of Black Airmen, and by extension, all Airmen. Their mission has been evident in the Juneteenth events at Camp Humphreys, the consistent “Open Mic” nights full of expression and exchanging of ideas. Their upcoming events are geared towards expansion and inclusionary events to incorporate organizations around Team Osan to produce the comradery necessary for team cohesion within the workplace and beyond.
