Osan finishes BB 07-02 PENORE Published Feb. 28, 2007 By 51st Fighter Wing Public Affairs OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Osan's "fight" against enemy forces came to an end Feb. 23 as the Beverly Bulldog 07-02 Peninsula Operational Readiness Exercise wrapped up. "Everyone worked hard last week, and overall I'm pleased with how well the base did," said Brig. Gen. Joe Reynes, 51st Fighter Wing commander. "One thing I need to stress is the importance of doing (post attack reconnaissance) sweeps in a quick but effective manner. Even if there is only one area of the base that hasn't finished their sweeps, it could keep the rest of the base at MOPP-4 so we can make completely sure it's safe for the base to return to normal ops."
