Why did you join the military? Woke up one morning at the age of 22 and realized I had done nothing with my life. So I thought, what better way to travel see the world, meet new people, and get structure back in my life than to join the military?

Where do you see yourself in 10 or 20 years? I hope to still be overseas moving forward through promotions.

What do you do for fun here? I love to travel around the country meeting the people, trying the food, learning about the culture, and just soaking in as much as I can of this beautiful country.

What's your favorite Air Force memory or story? Hearing the excitement in both my grandfathers' and father's voice when they found out that I would be stationed in Korea just like they had been in previous years.

What accomplishment are you most proud of? Receiving Airman of the Month, and being coined by my commander in technical school at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss.

Who are your role models? My role model is without a doubt my aunt Karen Tolar. She has survived cancer twice in the past six years. I have never seen a stronger person than her. She has been through so much and never complained, cried, or asked for anything. I am proud of her.
