Sexual Assault, Article 120, UCMJ – An Airman First Class sexually assaulted his then-spouse by committing penetrative sexual acts without the victim’s consent.  The Airman First Class received a letter of reprimand for his sexual offenses.

General Discharge, Sexual Assault and Pattern of Misconduct (Sexual Harassment) – An Airman First Class sexually assaulted his then-spouse by committing penetrative sexual acts without the victim’s consent.  He also committed sexual harassment against three female coworkers by engaging in offensive and inappropriate behavior on social networking platforms by posting pictures of female coworkers, without their permission, and making offensive comments of a sexual nature about his coworkers.  The Airman First Class received an under honorable conditions (General) discharge.

September 2023

Sexual Assault, Article 120, UCMJ – An Airman First Class sexually assaulted another member by touching the victim’s breast with his hand and touching the victim’s vulva with his thigh, with an intent to gratify his sexual desires, without the victim’s consent.  The Airman First Class was found guilty at a Special Court-Martial and sentenced to 30 days hard labor without confinement, 30 days restriction to the limits of Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, reduction to the grade of E-1, forfeitures of $500 pay per month for 2 months, and a reprimand.

General Discharge, Sexual Assault – A Staff Sergeant committed sexual assault on two victims by grabbing their buttocks without the victims’ consent.  A discharge board was convened and recommended the Staff Sergeant be discharged for Sexual Assault with an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge.  The Staff Sergeant received an under honorable conditions (General) discharge.

JANUARY 2024

General Discharge, Sexual Assault – An Airman Basic sexually assaulted another member by touching the victim’s breast with his hand and touching the victim’s vulva with his thigh, with an intent to gratify his sexual desires, without the victim’s consent.  The Airman Basic received an under honorable conditions (General) service characterization.
