CSI
The Air Force Office of Special Investigation held an annual Crime Scene Investigation/ Active shooter exercise, here, April 27. The scene was prepared with sheep’s blood and a moulaged dummy victim. A husband returning from deployment, has Post Traumatic Stress Disease, kills his wife and abducts his child fleeing the dead wife scene. The neighbor hears the shots and phones 911. At the simulated residence, Bldg 930, Security Forces cleared the residence and OSI processed the scene gathering evidence. The suspect killed his child and an active shooter incident took place. This exercise helped field agents sharpen their CSI skills. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Staff Sgt. Daylena Gonzalez)
