NEO exercise tests noncombatant readiness

Jacob Schumacher, 621st Air Control Squadron weapons director, verifies the identity of a noncombatant evacuation operations exercise participant at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Sept. 27, 2013. At least one representative from each household with a noncombatant was mandated to attend the event in an effort to maintain maximum readiness across the base.
