By obtaining a Defense Personal Property System (DPS) account you'll be ready and able to receive and/or your personal property to/from Korea. Please visit the Move.mil website to register for a new DPS account, update a current account, or find some great information on DPS and your entitlements. Remember, if you have a DPS account but forgot your password just go to the DPS login and put in your SSN without dashes in the user ID space, then click on NEED A NEW PASSWORD at the bottom of the page. You'll attain a new password immediately for login. Now for all the New Arrivals, first welcome to Korea! To begin your TMO inbound processes for the delivery of your personal property go to www.move.mil and log-into DPS. Click on the DOD Service Members and Civilians link which provides a step by step guide on how to schedule your house hold goods (HHG) delivery. From the left menu screen click on the DPS How-to-Guides, then select one of the three main guides needed for your inbound shipment ;either Personal Info Update, Requesting Delivery, or Filing a claim. Getting close to the end of your tour here in Korea, and on your way to a new PCS location? To begin your TMO outbound processes for the pick-up of your HHGs go to www.move.mil to login to DPS. If you need assistance with DPS go to www.osan.af.mil then look under the Featured Links and click on Traffic Management Office for step-by-step power point slides on the DPS outbound process. This can be accomplished at any computer with internet access just make sure the pop-up blocker is off and that you have a current DPS account. You'll need to bring your completed and signed DD1299, DD 1797, a copy of orders (front and back), and any amendments or power of attorney to your local TMO/Transportation Office so your shipment can be booked. You're welcome to come to the Osan TMO's DPS Computer Café to process your shipment we just ask that you have a current DPS account and a copy of your orders (front and back). The Café means you'll have direct assistance from a TMO representative for any questions or system issues. Remember "It's Your Move!" If you're separating or retiring from Osan AB, please come into the Osan AB TMO office for specific entitlement information and shipment scheduling. This process can be started as soon as you have orders, and if you have property in long term storage stateside, we will work with the storage office to extend your storage based on your authorized entitlements.
