OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Col. Mark Mattison, 51st Fighter Wing vice commander, had his "fini-flight" celebration here May 21. He has served as the wing's vice commander since June 2008.

Colonel Mattison and his family are heading to Ramstein AB, Germany, where he will serve as Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe director of staff.
