Why did you join the military? I have had a long history of military in the family. Both my dad and my grandfathers served many years in the Air Force. Growing up around the military, I had become accustomed to the military life and knew early on what I was going to do. Thanks to my grandpa's love for flying, he passed his interest to my generation of the family and I share the same love. That being said, what else is there to do but join the world's biggest Air Force.

Where do you see yourself in 10 or 20 years: I am currently working on my package to attend ROTC to become an officer. In 10 or 20 years I better be flying for the Air Force.

What do you do for fun here? Getting on the train and going to random towns and exploring is never boring. Going snowboarding, paintballing, hiking and keeping in the gym are some of the things I enjoy doing in my free time. I also like to spend as much time as I can in the air.

What's your favorite Air Force memory or story? Well, for the short time I have been in I enjoyed most graduating basic training. My family was there and it made my dad very happy and proud to see me doing what he did 30 years earlier. Not to mention, my mom was freaking out and thought I was going to be beaten in basic, so she was happy too.

What accomplishment are you most proud of? I have taken a lot of pride in learning my job as quickly as possible, and being good at it. But graduating flight school and to start flying was a goal long overdue that I was able to accomplish.

Who are your role models? My dad and my Grandfather are my heroes. I respect them both and they have done well in life and done well for their families.
