OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea --  Sejeong Road on base is closed to all vehicle traffic due to a weather emergency affecting building 930. Drivers can detour through Broadway Ave. to Songtan Blvd. Any residents living on Sejeong Road can park at the Officer's Club before entering the affected area by foot.
