Job title: 36th Aircraft Maintenance Unit scheduler

Job description and its impact on the overall mission: I prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for known maintenance and operational mission and training requirements. I also ensure the maintenance operation center (MOC) supervisors and appropriate maintenance and operations group commanders are advised of maintenance capabilities, limiting production factors, and adherence to maintenance schedules.

Time in the military: Six years

Time at Osan: Three months

Family: I have a wonderful husband of two-and-a-half years, and a daughter turning two in September.

Hometown: Rose Bud, Ark.

Hobbies: I enjoy traveling, being a great mother/wife, and staying in shape.

Why did you join the military? I joined the military to travel and build a life for myself.

Where do you see yourself in 10 or 20 years? In 20 years I see myself retired from the Air Force with my bachelor's/master's degree, and watching my kids graduate and start their own lives.

What do you do for fun here? I love to travel and spend time with my husband, who is stationed at Kunsan AB.

What's your favorite Air Force memory or story? My favorite Air Force memory was when I deployed to Afghanistan in 2009 because I learned a lot and made great life-time friends.

What accomplishment are you most proud of? The accomplishment I am most proud of was when I purchased a home in South Carolina at the age of 21.

Who are your role models? My dad and supervisors have been my role models with the most impact on my life both good and bad.
