Osan Air Force Base, Republic of Korea (March 27, 2007) -  Exercise Reception, Staging, Onward movement, and Integration/Foal Eagle 2007 is an annual joint/combined command post exercise/field training exercise. The purpose of the exercise is to demonstrate resolve to support the Republic of Korea against external aggression while improving ROK/U.S. combat readiness and joint/combined interoperability. The focus of the exercise is on strategic, operational and tactical aspects of general military operations in the Korean theater of operations.

An A-10 Thunderbolt gets hosed down during a routine wash here March 16. Jets are washed every 90 days here to keep them from deteriorating. The amount of time that passes between washes is based on the environment where jets are stationed.
