Town patrolmen protect and serve

A 51st Security Forces Squadron town patrolman watches the street during a patrol of the Songtan Entertainment District outside of Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, May 4, 2013. Town patrol members, who work with the Korean National Police to uphold law enforcement standards for three kilometers, or 1.8 miles, from anywhere outside of the base, can be identified by the black sleeve they wear on their left arms. Patrol teams are on duty seven days a week and conduct patrols until after Osan members’ curfew time. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Sara Csurilla)
