Wooden art pieces are put on display at Nami Island, Republic of Korea April 8, 2013. Many of the artistic contributions seen on Nami Island are inspired by natural elements or recycling. Nami Island was formed in 1944 during the Cheongpyeong Dam construction and named after General Nami, a young and courageous soldier during the Joseon Dynasty.
