51st Security Forces Squadron, Tech. Sgt Watson reports back his findings, during an Emergency Management Exercise. Osan responders reacted to suspicious bomb making materials with foreign markings, found during a dorm inspection, here, Dec. 12, 2011. The dorm was evacuated and occupants were sent to the Emergency room for screening. The exercise gave Osan responders a chance to shine while responding to a very possible scenario.
