14 of the 27 Airman who volunteered, remain here, August 10. Day two and three of the QRT training, rigorous physical training continued as obstacles increased with difficulty testing [their] strength, hand-eye coordination and communications skills. SF Airmen were taught how to breech/clear buildings and received certification in the use of simulated ground burst projectiles. Day four SF Airmen performe active shooter on a bus scenarios. Physical training sessions were themed in memory of the 31 warriors lost in Afghanistan, August 7, by each volunteer completing 31 of each exercise throughout the course. A QRT member provides immediate response to any high risk situation on Osan Air Base to include barricaded suspects, workplace violence, domestic violence and abuse response, school violence, and disaster response.
