Osan Enacts Emergency Water Conservation

Airmen from the 51st Civil Engineer Squadron prepare to replace sections of a 12-inch and an eight-inch water main that ruptured at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Nov. 20. The pipes broke due to an underground slippage of concrete that was used to cover a pre-existing benjo ditch near the pipes. Airmen and civilians from agencies across Osan worked together for more than 24 hours to repair the broken water mains. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Brian Ferguson)
