RSO&I in action
OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea - U.S. Marine Corps Master Gunnery Sgt. Lawrence Cleveland, CE III MEF, G-3 Force Fires Section, Okinawa, Japan, performs his duties as the Combined Marine Forces Command Liaison Officer to the Battlefield Coordination Detachment during RSO&I. Exercise Reception, Staging, Onward movement, and Integration/Foal Eagle 2007 is an annual joint/combined command post exercise/field training exercise. The purpose of the exercise is to demonstrate resolve to support the Republic of Korea against external aggression while improving ROK/U.S. combat readiness and joint / combined interoperability.
