Master Sgt. Michael Cohen lays out chain to connect rifle racks together at Rush Park (tent city) on Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea July 28. Sergeant Cohen is setting up the racks in preparation for Ulchi Freedom Guardian, a joint bilateral exercise expected to start in August.
