Plan Strategically
Otherwise known as the OODA Loop, the Observe, Orient, Decide and Act problem solving process was originally defined by Col. John Boyd, U.S. Air Force fighter pilot and military strategist. This decision-making model has been successfully utilized, both by the military on the battlefield and by civilian businesses in the corporate environment.
