The legacy of sacrifice

Col. Ralph Balcom left to serve as a fighter pilot in the Vietnam War in November of 1965. On May 15, 1966, Balcom was declared missing in action, and is presumed deceased. His family has been waiting for almost 48 years for his return. (Courtesy photo)
