Airmen practice decontamination skills to kick off exercise

Airmen assigned to the 51st Fighter Wing prepare to decontaminate themselves following a simulated chemical attack Aug. 18, 2015, at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. The Airmen were practicing the procedures to safely enter a collective protection system dormitory. The CPS is a standby system within designated facilities that is activated when there is a chemical or biological threat. The CPS function is also used for facility occupants and shelter management team training during exercises. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Benjamin Sutton)
