Airmen assigned to the 51st Medical Group from Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, and 18th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron from Kadena Air Base, Japan, secure a simulated casualty victim during readiness exercise Vigilant Ace 16, Nov. 5, 2015. The squadrons are executing both day and night missions during Vigilant Ace 16, challenging medical members to work around the clock in order to meet mission requirements.
