Vigilant Ace 16: Defenders simulate OpFor attacks
Staff Sgt. Kevin McCarthy, 51st Security Forces Squadron wing inspection team member, speaks with defenders after a simulated opposing forces attack during readiness exercise Vigilant Ace 16 on Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Nov. 4, 2015. The exercise gave defenders an opportunity to train for real-world contingencies using various scenarios. Once the simulated attack scenarios were complete, team members gathered with WIT members to discuss what happened in each portion of the scenario. Team leads and WIT members gave constructive criticism during the feedback to ensure Airmen understand where to improve next. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Kristin High)
