51st SFS defends the base
Security forces members from the 51st Fighter Wing lay out concertina wire around a strategic point on Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Nov. 2, 2015, during Vigilant Ace 16. The razor laden wire is used during exercises to help cordon off areas from foot and light vehicle traffic. More than 16,000 U.S. personnel will participate in Vigilant Ace 16, an exercise designed to enhance interoperability between U.S. and Republic of Korea forces and increase the combat effectiveness of both nations.
