51st SFS defends the base

Airmen from the 51st Security Forces Squadron put away excess concertina wire as a team during the Vigilant Ace 16 exercise on Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Nov. 2, 2015. Security forces members are in charge of protecting the base and its population in the event of an adversarial attack. More than 16,000 U.S. personnel will participate in Vigilant Ace 16, a large-scale training exercise that helps prepare the alliance to respond to any potential contingencies and to defend the Republic of Korea.
