PACAF CC visits Osan

U.S. Air Force Gen. Terrence J. O'Shaughnessy, Pacific Air Forces commander, recognizes U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Ryan Arnold, 51st Communications Squadron project manager, at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, May 9, 2018.
