Pyeontaek grants Honorary Citizenship

Chief Master Sgt. Justin Apticar, 51st Fighter Wing Command Chief, and Chief Master Sgt. David Najera, 51st Mission Support Group Senior Enlisted Leader, were named Honorary Citizens by Jang Seon Jung, Pyeongtaek Mayor at Pyeongtaek City Hall. The Honorary Citizenship plaque given to each Chief and their family signifies the appreciation Pyeongtaek City has for Osan Air Base and its close relationship. Chief Apticar and Chief Najera were the first enlisted personnel to be awarded this honor, which made today even more special for them and their families. During their meeting, the Mayor and Chiefs exchanged words of appreciation and gratitude towards one another’s dedication to strengthening the bond between the city and Osan AB.
