Osan trains detainee procedure during Vigilant Defense 24
U.S. Air Force Airmen from the 51st Security Forces and Logistics Readiness Squadrons, simulate detainment procedures for a wing inspection team evaluation during Vigilant Defense 24 at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Nov. 1, 2023. Responding to simulated threats prepares Airmen to maintain the level of readiness that allows Osan to execute the mission with consistency and precision in the event of a real world threat. VD24 is a routine training event that tests the military capabilities across the peninsula, allowing combined and joint training at both the operational and tactical levels.
