25th FGS APG keeps A-10s ready to “Fight Tonight”
A U.S. Air Force A-10C Thunderbolt II pilot from the 25th Fighter Squadron begins to taxi at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Jan. 22, 2024. Pilots are escorted out of hangars by Airmen from Airframe, powerplant and general, and often exchange a salute accompanied by a less formal farewell prior to departing to the runway. APG Airmen are multi-capable and contribute in many ways to ensure that the 25th FS are able to utilize the A-10s with minimal risk of malfunction.
