More Airpower: ICT Certification Elevates 51st Fighter Wing’s Mission

Airmen assigned to the 36th Fighter Generation Squadron mount an AIM-120 to an F-16 Fighting Falcon at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Feb. 14, 2025. These Airmen were performing an Integrated Combat Turnaround certification which required members of the 36th FGS to remove munitions from an F-16 and replace those munitions while the aircraft’s engine was running and refueling was taking place. This certification allows them to rearm and return F-16s back into the fight roughly 30 minutes faster. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Jason W. Cochran)
