The Osan motorcyle club started in 2016 under the direction of Mr. Victor ValleDominicci. The initial goal was to give Airmen a safe space to learn, ride and network during their time at Osan Air Base. Since then, it's turned into a group of diverse Airmen from throughout the installation meeting every Saturday. Force Management

Led by Tech. Sgt. J. Arce, Force Management Office, section chief, has guided the environment of his section to become inclusive and professional. With the help of his team, their work quality of life has improved with discussions and compassionate conversations about day-to-day operations and life. The FMO staff is responsible for processing Team Osan Awards and Decorations, Duty Information Updates, Classifications, Evaluations, G-Series Orders, and Adverse Actions. COVID Command Center

The COVID Command Center serves as the travel command cell for Airmen in need of the latest COVID-19 travel guidelines while processing in and out of Team Osan. Their 24-hour duty works in conjunction with sister services, provides a segway for Airmen arriving and exiting through commercial or rotator services. African American Heritage Council

The purpose of the African American Heritage Council is to acknowledge, respect and celebrate every Airmen’s differences and commonalities. The group has worked passionately for the betterment and equality of Black Airmen, and by extension, all Airmen. Their mission has been evident in the Juneteenth events at Camp Humphreys, the consistent “Open Mic” nights full of expression and exchanging of ideas. Their upcoming events are geared towards expansion and inclusionary events to incorporate organizations around Team Osan to produce the comradery necessary for team cohesion within the workplace and beyond. Security Forces "Building Connections"

On July 28, 2012, Master Sgt. Justin Allen and TSgt Daniel Loomis, 51st Fighter Wing Security Forces Squadron alpha flight, arrived at the gate to do a routine check on Airmen during their guard duty on the flight line. Master Sgt. Allen, recognized the heat circulating throughout the entry control point and adjusted the air conditioner to create an environment more condusive for duty in black flag weather conditions. The morale changed among the team and this type of care for Airmen continues to build the connection between senior non-commissioned officer, non-commissioned officer and Airman tiers at Team Osan. The RTP day is designed to increase connection, solicit feedback from Airmen and to increase trust in leadership. Airmen at all levels are working to build and strengthen relationships. The RTP continues to enhance connectedness and foster camaraderie. This is leadership's time to personally connect with their team. RTP strengthens genuine connections between Airmen and breaks down barriers to seeking help.
