Osan first responders react to simulated mass casualty event

During a mass casualty response training at Osan Air Base, 51st Fighter Wing first responders were tested on their abilities to assess and care for simulated trauma victims with various injuries. Trauma victims were positioned throughout the area for first responders to assess their injuries, initiate tactical combat casualty care procedures and safely extract them for further treatment.
