25th FGS performs night operations during UFS24

U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 25th Fighter Generation Squadron perform inspections on an A-10 Thunderbolt II during Ulchi Freedom Shield 24, at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Aug. 22, 2024. The 25th Fighter Squadron "Assam Draggins" have flown and operated the A-10 since 1982, providing specialized close air support in support of the 51st Fighter Wing's mission to provide combat ready forces in defense of the Korean Peninsula. UFS24 is an annual combined exercise conducted in support of the U.S.-ROK Mutual Defense Treaty that highlights the U.S. commitment to the alliance.
