Job title: Water and fuels maintenance craftsman

Job description and its impact on the overall mission: My job is to make sure the water supply stays flowing, so all personnel can keep hydrated and get planes in the air. My career field is so broad, it ranges from interior and exterior plumbing, water purification, field latrines, shower/ shave units, fire suppression, pools, backflow devices and maintaining refueling and defueling systems for GOV's and aircraft. So you can see that everything my career field does affects the mission greatly.

Time in the military: Ten years and three months

Time at Osan: Eight months

Family: My wife Tara, who I've been with for 14 years and married to the last 12 years; and my daughters Chloe, 3, and Hailey, 8

Hometown: Russellville, Ky.

Hobbies: I enjoy racing and collecting RC Cars and pursuing my educational goals.

Why did you join the military? I'm from a dead-end town, so the military offered better benefits and education.

Where do you see yourself in 10 or 20 years? I will be enjoying retirement.

What do you do for fun here? I like to volunteer with the church choir/orphan trips and Troops for Trash. Currently I have accumulated 144 volunteer hours here.

What's your favorite Air Force memory or story? My favorite memory was seeing my five-month-old child for the first time after a six-month deployment.

What accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of earning my CCAF, which I will receive later this month.

Who are your role models? My parents are my role models.
