Why did you join the military?  Joining the Air Force was always something I wanted to do so after high school that was the decision I made. I wanted to serve, to help others and give back to my community. Joining the military allows me to give back every day and the benefits are great. Joining the AF was one of the best decisions I have ever made!

Where do you see yourself in 10 or 20 years?  In 10 years, I see myself owning my own business, employing other tax payers and helping keep our economy strong.

What do you do for fun here?  I really enjoy photographing this beautiful country and eating the different exotic foods.

What's your favorite Air Force memory or story?  My favorite Air Force memory is my 1995 deployment to Bahrain. We worked hard and lived 12 people per tent, but we all worked together as a cohesive unit and made the deployment fun.

What accomplishment are you most proud of?  I am most proud of my marriage to Felicia and my family in general. Honestly, I wouldn't still be in the Air Force without her understanding what being a military spouse means.

Who are your role models?  My father, the late James Thompson, was my role model growing up. Things weren't always great growing up but he taught me to always have respect for others and how to be a man.
