I joined mainly for educational benefits, but I love being able to serve my country, and to travel of course. Where do you see yourself in 10 or 20 years? I see myself graduating from Dental Hygiene School, and maybe even applying to Dental School once I've retired from the Air Force. What do you do for fun here? I love to travel, still have more of Korea to discover! I have also been doing a lot of volunteering which is very rewarding. What is your most memorable moment on Osan AB? The most memorable moment is when I was able to participate in the Adopt-a-School program and join other Osan personnel to give the Seojenongri Elementary School a tour of the flightline. The students, as well as myself, got a chance to see both the F-16 and the A-10 fighter aircraft up close and talk with the Airmen who fly them. Just the look of amazement on their faces was gratifying enough for me. What's your favorite Air Force memory or story? It would have to the DMZ tour. When we were unable to talk, point, take pictures, or even look back at the soldiers, it showed me the realization of what freedom actually is and how much I have taken it for granted. What accomplishment are you most proud of? Making technical sergeant this year, all the hard work and long hours of studying finally paid off. Who are your role models? My oldest brother, John, is my role model. He has accomplished more in 15 years than most people have in their lifetime.
