Movie Night: The CoRC and Services squadron, are co-sponsoring a FREE outdoor movie initiative. The first movie will be Tropic Thunder, held May 16 at 9 p.m. at the field behind the 1400 series dorms with free hotdogs and soda. The movie will be picnic style, so bring your blankets and chairs. Relationship Seminar: "Keys to a Healthy Relationship-Knowing Yourself" seminar is scheduled for May 16 from 9 a.m. to noon in the Chapel Annex with Guest Speaker Chaplain Carolyn Barksdale, Air Force Director Clinical Pastoral Education. Holiday Observance: Memorial Day, May 25, is a legal holiday for U.S. civilian employees and the liberal leave policy is in effect for Korean National non-essential civilian employees. Supervisors should ensure the time and attendance card for KN civilian employees who wish to be off that day are properly coded to reflect the appropriate leave code, i.e. annual leave, etc. Organizations with KN civilian employees that require supervision must ensure adequate supervision is available. If an office is going to be closed, KN civilian employees can be required to take annual leave but management must provide them with a 24-hour advance notice. PACAF Family Day: Friday, May 22, is a designated "FAMILY DAY" for 7th Air Force and 51st Fighter Wing. Liberal leave policy will be in effect for U.S. and KN civilian employees. Since this is not an official holiday for civilian employees, those who are required to work will not be paid holiday premium pay or allowed a substitute day off. Non-essential U.S. and KN civilian employees who wish to take this day off must request and be approved for annual leave or leave without pay if no accrued annual leave is available. The event will start at the Osan Airbase Pool, and will consist of the elite division, age groups and teams. Pre-registration cost is $25 for individuals and $35 for teams through June 5.
