A team from Air Force Services will be at Osan Feb. 26 to 28 to conduct an Air Force Services Quality of Life survey.

Volunteers are needed to participate in the survey. The results of the survey will be used to help chart the future of Air Force Services, to define quality of life from an Airmen's perspective, and identify the linkages between Services' programs and readiness and retention.

"The answers given in this survey will lay a foundation and give our customers the opportunity to ask questions and in turn help us to understand what the customer wants and needs," said Jesse Diaz, 51st Services Squadron marketing director.

Osan is one of four test locations selected for the qualitative phase of this research. The survey will cover the scope of services. It is an opportunity for each person involved in the focus group to voice their opinions and make suggestions that would improve the quality of life for them and others.

"Participating in this survey will only help make their use of services better," Mr. Diaz said. "The 51st SVS recently completed the Air Force Customer Feedback in January, so it is very incumbent for each member to volunteer. It is another great opportunity for their voices to be heard."

Focus group volunteers will meet at the officers' club at the following times:

E-1 to E-9
Feb. 26 from 11 a.m. to noon and 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

Second lieutenants and above
Feb. 27 from 11 a.m. to noon

RSVPs are required. Interested members should e-mail name, rank, duty phone and participation date to jesse.diaz@osan.af.mil by Feb. 21.
