The 51st Services Squadron wants to know how customers feel about their programs, services and facilities. Beginning in March, 51st SVS will promote the use of comment cards and the on-line Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) with the "We Listen, You Win" program.

Everyone who submits a comment is entered into a random drawing for $100 in Services Bucks. Additionally, the person who submits the best suggestion for a program improvement will win $250 in Services Bucks.

Services will award these two prizes every month until September 2007.

Maj. Todd Alcott 51st SVS commander said, "I continually want feedback from our
customers and especially during the "We Listen, You Win" promotion. Your comments help make a difference in the programs Services offers to you, your family and the entire Osan community.

"We all win when our programs improve because of your suggestions. Comment cards are located in all of our activities. The ICE Web site is http://ice.disa.mil and it's also a link on our web site, www.51services.com."

The 51st Services Squadron is committed to combat support and community service and offers many programs to improve quality of life for Air Force Families. Customers can use Services Bucks at the Aero Club, bowling center, golf course, outdoor recreation, information, tickets and travel, youth programs, fitness center, Clubs and restaurants, Vet Clinic and other Services facilities.
