Job title: Flightline Maintenance Crew Member

Job description and its impact on the overall mission: As a crew member in the flightline maintenance section I build, inspect and maintain all general purpose and guided bomb units. My daily tasks include performing inventories on $9.5 million worth of training and war reserve assets to ensure 100 percent serviceability. My section supplies 52 aircraft with munitions assets, which reinforces the 51st Fighter Wing's "fight tonight" readiness posture.

Why did you join the military? It's something I've always wanted to do.

Where do you see yourself in 10 or 20 years? Hopefully, I'll be a master sergeant, married with a wife and kids.

What do you do for fun here? Snowboarding, hiking, golfing, and taking Information, Tickets and Travel tours.

What's your favorite Air Force memory or story? Meeting Chief Master Sgt. Hamada, our 2W0 career field functional manager.

What accomplishment are you most proud of? Graduating from basic military training.

Who are your role models? Staff Sgt. Alex Porte, my first supervisor, and John F. Kennedy.
