OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea – Osan Air Base will conduct an Active Shooter Exercise on Monday, May 7th between 8 a.m. and 12 noon local time.

            This exercise will test the base’s capability to respond to an Active Shooter incident on the installation. Osan AB and surrounding areas may experience emergency vehicle sirens and increased movement of response forces. During the exercise, there will be a 30 minute timeframe where all gates to Osan AB will be closed. Once the exercise has ended, the base will return to normal operations to include gate access.
