DMZ tour offers trip through history
Kijong-dong, or Peace Village, is visible from a viewing platform near the Demilitarized Zone in the Republic of Korea, Aug. 13, 2014. The site is known as “Propaganda Village,” since it was constructed by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in an effort to portray an enticing lifestyle in the north, but is largely uninhabited.
