Osan celebrates Arbor Day

Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and Osan American Elementary School students plant flowers and trees in honor of Arbor Day April 21. In 1883, Julius Sterling Morton proposed that a special day be set aside dedicated to tree planting and increasing awareness of the importance of trees.
